Gerald's has 4.8 stars across 4150 reviews for a reason. This is not my first review. They are so consistent and provide honest, reasonable pricing and great service! My tires have a warranty and I've had three different replacements in the last six months for $10.95 each. I'm their best worst customer 😂 About to have some axel work done in a couple of weeks and will report back, but my experience with that diagnostic and pricing has already been great!

Outstanding customer service!! Took my vehicle in for a brake inspection, not exactly sure what to expect as there was some noise coming from the brakes. Dropped off my car about five minutes after opening (get there early... always a huge crowd) and was called by a service technician about four hours later. He clearly explained their findings...the rotors and pads were OK and required no repairs/maintenance. When I retrieved my vehicle, I was charged nothing. Above all else, I appreciated the honesty from Gerald's Tires...not trying to upsell me, not creating an "issue" where one does not exist, and honoring a "free inspection." I will return to and recommend this company. A+++

Overall: good service, fair pricing, and honest communication, with some room for improvement on TPMS support for European vehicles. Details: I recently replaced all four tires on my Mercedes at Gerald’s Tire in Mount Pleasant. Overall, the experience was positive. The service was fast and efficient, they completed the tire installation in about an hour. Their pricing was reasonable, although a little higher than NTB. I ultimately chose Gerald’s because I felt more confident in their customer service and professionalism compared to my experience at NTB. One area where I was disappointed was the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) service. Before starting the work, the technician explained that European vehicles can sometimes be difficult when it comes to TPMS programming and that they could not guarantee it would work. I appreciated the honesty and setting expectations upfront. Unfortunately, after the tire installation, my vehicle still displayed a “TPMS sensor not available” error. When I returned, I was advised to take the vehicle to a European specialty shop. While I appreciate their transparency, I do think that if TPMS service is advertised, customers expect the issue

Tire rotation on my truck was due, of course I went to Gerald's Tires & Brakes. They were very quick to get the work done. Extremely helpful staff. This is the only place to go for Tires brakes and front end alignments.

Rarely does one come across a local business that truly looks after its customers, but Gerald Tires is one of them. I had read reviews saying they fix tires at no charge, and honestly, I didn’t believe it—until this afternoon. I experienced that very service myself: professional, friendly, and completely free. Service with a smile, no less. God bless them and may their business continue to grow and succeed. It’s truly a pleasure to have such a kind and honest business in the neighborhood.
